I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. The staff members, especially Korhan, went above and beyond to make my stay exceptionally comfortable. From the warm welcome to promptly addressing my request to adjust the heating, Korhan's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. Ana, another staff member, also contributed to the positive experience with her kindness and friendliness. During check-out, she took the time to ensure everything was in order, attentively noted my feedback, and kindly inquired if there was anything else she could do to enhance my stay in the future. The hotel boasts a new and inviting atmosphere, complemented by an excellent location. The rooms are not only quiet but also impeccably clean. This experience has undoubtedly made me a repeat customer, and I eagerly anticipate returning to enhance my stay in the future. Highly recommended for a delightful and comfortable experience.

The hotel is in a great location. A 2 minute walk to The Stephen’s Green Centre, Grafton Street and a Luas stop. I was there to attend a conference in the RCSI and it is less than 2 minutes away. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The hotel foyer is large and welcoming and has a cute horse box style Coffee Dock. Check in and out is so easy and the luggage room is a great idea. Breakfast was excellent. A great selection of food and all very nicely laid out. The hotel room was excellent with a large TV, kettle, fridge , iron and ironing board and a safe provided and a lovely bathroom with a fabulous shower. The bed was extremely comfortable with a nice warm duvet. The room was cleaned every day and new towels were provided.

Cosy Kingsize was adequate and very clean. However, even though I was alone in the room it was a little cramped for 3 nights, so this room may not suit a couple. Superb shower, but not much storage for clothes and no comfortable option to watch TV other than lying on bed! Oddly, I had to ask for a TV remote control and kettle, cups & tea/coffee/milk as none were in the room on check in but someone promptly brought these to the room on request. A lovely clean hotel in a great location - all staff very friendly & helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't get an opportunity to try the bar or evening food. I will probably book again for my next visit to Dublin, so long as I can get a bigger room at a good rate.

The location was excellent. The room was very quiet and dark for sleeping. The air conditioning was essential, as the duvet was very warm. The coffee kiosk and space to sit in the lobby was appreciated. The contemporary lobby, restaurant, bar and patio on the main level were attractive and inviting. There is a map on the back of the room key to help you find your way back as the hotel is tucked away.

The hotel has a great feel to it, very relaxed and informal. Excellent restuarant and bar area as well. Excellent central location. The room I had booked turned out to be far too small for our visit (wedding so lots of clothes) but upgrading to a much larger room on the top floor was very simple with the added benifit of an upgrade offer.
